VivaTech 2027 — private chauffeur & transfers

VivaTech fills Hall 7 at Porte de Versailles with startups, investors, corporate innovation teams and several thousand journalists over four days in June. It is also the week when central Paris hosts the highest concentration of side events, investor breakfasts and rooftop parties of the year.

That combination — a single venue in the day, dispersed venues at night, and 40,000+ attendees fighting for the same cars — is what makes VivaTech a week to pre-book transport rather than improvise it.

Most guests combine a CDG or Orly airport transfer on arrival with an hourly chauffeur in Paris during VivaTech Paris 2027, booked as one Paris business event transportation file. Other exhibition weeks are listed in the Paris trade shows and events calendar.

Chauffeur service for VivaTech week

For founders and investors with back-to-back meetings, hourly chauffeur service is the practical format: the car follows your day between Hall 7, a fund's office in the 8th, a portfolio meeting at Station F and a dinner in the 2nd.

For simpler schedules, fixed-price transfers between your hotel and Porte de Versailles cover the morning and evening runs without surprises on the fare.

  • Hourly service for investor and partner meetings
  • Fixed-price hotel ↔ Hall 7 transfers
  • Evening transport for side events and after-parties
  • Group vans for startup and corporate teams

Airport transfers: Orly and CDG

Orly is the closest airport to Porte de Versailles — 25 to 35 minutes — and handles most European and domestic arrivals. From Charles de Gaulle allow 50 to 70 minutes across the périphérique, more at the June evening peak.

Every airport transfer includes flight tracking and a meet & greet inside arrivals, with 60 minutes of free waiting.

  • Orly → Porte de Versailles, the fastest option
  • CDG → Porte de Versailles across the ring road
  • Le Bourget business aviation pickups on request
  • Beauvais transfers for low-cost arrivals

Paris hotels and the tech districts

Attendees stay everywhere from Montparnasse and the 15th (closest to the venue) to the Marais and the 2nd for the evening programme. Station F in the 13th, the startup campuses around Sentier and the fund offices of the 8th are the other daily poles of VivaTech week.

We plan around those poles rather than around the venue alone, because the evening programme is where the schedule usually breaks down.

Corporate teams, delegations and speakers

Companies exhibiting or speaking at VivaTech get a week programme: setup transfers, daily stand-team shuttles, speaker pickups timed to the stage schedule, VIP guest transport and a dismantling run, all on one corporate account.

International delegations travelling together are handled with vans or coordinated multi-vehicle departures from the same hotel.

Sedan & van

Business sedan for up to 3 passengers — the standard choice for founders and investors moving between meetings. Business van for up to 7, for teams or for demo material going to the stand.

Why book ahead for VivaTech

VivaTech week saturates Paris chauffeur capacity, and ride-hailing pricing during those four evenings is unpredictable. A pre-booked chauffeur has a price fixed at reservation and a car actually assigned to you — the two things that stop being available on the Thursday night of a 40,000-attendee event.
