Unlike the big exhibition parks, the venue sits inside Paris on the edge of the 17th, right at the start of the avenue de la Grande Armée.

Chauffeur service for IMCAS delegates
Porte Maillot is well served but heavily congested at the start and end of congress days, when several thousand delegates arrive within the same 45 minutes. We drop you at the congress entrance rather than at the ring-road side, and schedule pickups from the exit you actually use.

Airport transfers: CDG and Orly to Porte Maillot
Charles de Gaulle to the Palais des Congrès is about 35 to 50 minutes via the A1 and the périphérique. Orly takes roughly 35 to 45 minutes through the south of the city.
Because IMCAS runs in late January, delays and de-icing are a real factor. Our flight tracking adjusts the pickup automatically and includes 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, so a delayed arrival does not cost you the transfer.

Congress hotels and central Paris
Most delegates stay around Porte Maillot, Neuilly, Ternes, Champs-Élysées and La Défense, all within a 10 to 20 minute ride. Those staying in the 6th, 7th or 8th should count 20 to 30 minutes in the morning peak.
For groups sharing a hotel we can run a scheduled shuttle each morning and evening instead of individual bookings, which is simpler to invoice for a company sending several physicians.
