Booking Conditions

Airport pickups include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time after the scheduled pickup time.

Train station pickups include 30 minutes complimentary waiting time.

Hotel and address pickups include 20 minutes complimentary waiting time.

After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting charges may apply and the booking may be considered a no-show.

Additional waiting time is billed at 12€ per 15-minute interval.

Flight monitoring is included for airport pickups.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage quantity matches the selected vehicle category.
