During SIAL week the venue absorbs tens of thousands of arrivals each morning. Taxis are rationed, the RER B is saturated and the car parks fill by 9 am. CDG and Orly transfers to SIAL
Charles de Gaulle is 10 km from the venue — normally 15 minutes, up to 30 during the SIAL morning peak. We track your flight, meet you inside the terminal with a name board, and go straight to the halls or to your hotel.
From Orly, plan 60 to 80 minutes across the ring road and the A1. Long-haul arrivals often land in the early morning; our chauffeurs are positioned before landing, with 60 minutes of free waiting built into every airport transfer.

Paris hotels to Villepinte
During SIAL, hotels around Roissypôle, Villepinte, Aulnay and Le Blanc-Mesnil sell out first because they are ten minutes from the halls. Visitors staying in central Paris — Opéra, Gare du Nord, La Défense for corporate travellers — should count 40 to 60 minutes each morning.
We plan the pickup time backwards from your first appointment rather than from the show's opening hour, which is what actually matters when you have a 9:30 meeting on a stand.
Transport for buyers and business visitors
Buyers walk 15 km across five days and end the day far from any taxi. A scheduled evening pickup at a specific hall exit removes the worst part of a SIAL day.
If your programme includes producer visits outside Paris, factory tours or a dinner in the city, hourly chauffeur service covers the whole day with one vehicle and one price.
Sedan & van transfers
Business sedan for up to 3 passengers; business van for up to 7, or for a smaller team travelling with sample cases and cold boxes. For food exhibitors the van is almost always the right choice.
