Maison&Objet Paris 2026 — private chauffeur & transfers

Villepinte is roughly 25 km from central Paris and 10 km from Charles de Gaulle. Public transport means the RER B plus a walk through the park, which is workable alone but not with sample cases, product boxes or a group of buyers on a schedule. A private chauffeur drops you at the hall entrance closest to your sector and picks you up at the same point.

During the fair we keep the same chauffeur on your account whenever possible, so pickup points, hall preferences and timings do not need to be explained twice.

Charles de Gaulle is the natural arrival airport for Maison&Objet — the venue is about 15 minutes away outside peak hours. We track your flight, meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name board, and drive you straight to the fair or to your hotel.

From Orly, allow 60 to 80 minutes to Villepinte depending on traffic on the A86 and A1. If you land at Orly in the morning and want to go directly to the halls, tell us your flight number and we will position the chauffeur accordingly.

Most international buyers stay in central Paris — Opéra, Champs-Élysées, Marais, Saint-Germain — and commute out to Villepinte each morning. Others prefer the airport hotel cluster at Roissypôle or the Villepinte and Aulnay hotels for a shorter ride.

We run fixed-price hotel shuttles in both directions and can schedule a morning departure that accounts for the A1 rush hour, which regularly adds 20 to 30 minutes between 8 and 9 am.

Exhibiting brands usually need more than a single ride: a setup day with equipment, daily stand-team shuttles, client pickups during the fair and a dismantling run at the end. We plan the week as a programme with fixed prices per journey, one invoice, and a dispatcher reachable throughout.

For agencies and distributors hosting buyers, we can place a chauffeur at your disposal by the hour so you can move a client between the fair, a showroom and dinner without re-booking each leg.

A business sedan carries up to 3 passengers with luggage — right for a buyer pair or a solo trip. A business van carries up to 7 passengers or a smaller group with bulky sample cases, which is the usual choice for exhibiting teams.

Child seats, extra luggage space and multiple pickup addresses are all possible; tell us at booking so the right vehicle is assigned.

We are a Paris chauffeur company, not a marketplace. Prices are fixed at booking, chauffeurs speak English, French and Turkish, arrivals are tracked flight by flight, and during exhibition weeks we do not apply surge pricing — the week when it is hardest to find a car is exactly when a reservation should hold its price.
