Paris airport transfer: the complete arrival guide

19 August 2026 · 8 min read

Arriving in Paris after an airport transfer

Between the RER, taxis and a private transfer, arriving in Paris with luggage can get complicated. Here are the real options from CDG and Orly, with times and prices.

CDG: your options on arrival

The RER B reaches central Paris in 45–60 minutes but involves changes and stairs; taxis charge a flat €56–65 fare and you queue at the rank.

A private transfer is booked ahead: €80 sedan, €120 van, fixed price, with a chauffeur waiting in arrivals holding your name.

Orly and Disneyland

From Orly, allow 30–60 minutes to central Paris (€80 sedan / €120 van). To Disneyland Paris, from CDG, Orly or Paris: €100 sedan / €140 van.

Practical tips

  • Share your flight number — tracking means no surcharge if you land late.
  • Waiting time included: 60 minutes on international flights, 30 on Schengen flights.
  • More than 3 suitcases or 4 passengers: take the van.
  • Baby seats and boosters are free on request.
